This feature update allows you to add larger text sizes and present rich formatted text in a field description placeholder (i.e. via rich text editor) ,this context is key to ensure more accurate responses to the survey as a whole.

Follow these steps to guide you on how to use this feature:

  • Go to settings, click on surveys.
  • Create a new survey by clicking ‘new survey’, enter a survey name and description of your choice.
  • Add a new field by clicking on ‘+add field’.
  • A pop up box with a list of different field types will appear on your screen. Choose whichever one will work best for the type of data you are trying to capture.

  • A visual editor should appear below "Add field description (optional):".
  • Add some text in the description-editor, format it however you want to, and as long text as you want to
  • For fields where it's possible to add a default value (all field-types except "image", "description", "title" and "categories"), the default value box should be displayed with no toggle-switch.
