Cisco Foundation first supported Ushahidi in 2009. Over the past number of years Cisco has continued to support our work, particularly around the development of our platform and our newest product, TenFour. With Cisco's support we have been able to improve the functionality of our core platform for crisis response. Building mobile apps, improving task management, and scaling to over 130,000 uses in over 160 countries, gathering over 30 million reports. Just this past year have been used in response to the Mexico Earthquake, https://terremoto19septiembre...., for damage assessments post Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, https://pr.ushahidi.io/, and for community organizing in Florida during Hurricane Irma.

With Cisco's support we have been able to prototype and build TenFour (formerly known as Rollcall), our application for small businesses, schools, and whoever is responsible for someone to quickly triage who needs help in a crisis scenario. We are now in private beta, working with a great group of users, and will be opening up soon, so go sign up!

Most recently, Cisco brought in a great video team to do a short documentary on our work. We are incredibly proud, and it comes at a great moment, our 10 year anniversary. Check it out!
